How to install the application?

What to do in case of theft?
First of all, keep calm. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RECOVER BY YOUR MEANS. First, contact the police and file a complaint. Then explain the situation in detail and make yourself available to the Police.

Some devices have various ways of location. Are they all exactly the same?
The answer is no. The most accurate is the GPS. However, sometimes the GPS cannot make the locations because the device is inside a building. The GPS location has a margin of error of approximately 1 meter. The location system using WIFI has an accuracy that ranges between 25 and 50 m. We use 2 different ways to locate by using WIFI. The GSM system is usually not shown on the screen but is registered in our database so you can have them in case of an alert. The margin of error of this location method is higher than 500 meters.
Why is it necessary to pay a monthly subscription?
All CENTINELA devices need a SIM card to be able to communicate the alerts generated by the device and to communicate the location of the device.
What is displayed when pressing Alerts?
Depending on the device you have purchased, it will send you different types of alerts. Alerts are extraordinary situations that you should know immediately. When any exceptional situation occurs, it generates an alert and is recorded here in chronological order. Depending on what you decide on the configuration, you may or may not receive an acoustic notification on your smartphone, but “Alerts” icon will keep track of all alerts received or not received.
What does the Tracking icon do?
This function is only available in some devices. The devices for Bees, electric shepherds and Alzheimer do not have it. Tracing is a utility used to track a signal that devices emit when they are in alarm. With this functionality you know if the stolen object is inside a building or private area without the need to enter it.
What is the SOS icon for?
By pressing the SOS icon, the application makes a call to the number you have dialed as an emergency number. The advantage is that you can make a call without leaving the application. In this way you can talk to the police and at the same time you will see all the information of the app.
